Elisa reader standard instrument function is used to read response result of elisa kit, so to get accurate results, the use of the kit must be specification.Many hospitals before using elisa reader instument through the visual judgement result.like random process,if not timely corrected after using elisa reader instrument operation habit, can cause large error.In the elisa reader instrument operation should pay attention to the following matters: 

1. Adding liquor by liquid fillers, adding liquid head can’t be mixed

2. Wash plate should wash cleaning.If the condition allows,use plate washer to wash to avoid cross contamination.

3. In strict accordance with the kit’s manual operation, the reaction time is accurate.

4. In the process of measurement, please don’t touch the plate, when the elisa reader plate transmission in case against the operator’s hand.

5. Pls don’t put the sample on the surface or internal of apparatus, pls wash your hand after operation.

6. If the sample is  polluting, toxicity and biological hazards, pls strictly according to the opeartion specification  to prevent damage to the operators.

7. If the apparatus contact polluting or infectious material, pls cleaning and disnfection.

8. Don’t turn off the power supply in the process of measurement.

9. Due to kit problem caused by the deviation of measurement results, should modify the parameters in time according to the actual situation, in order to achieve the best effect.

10. Use dust cover after operation.Technical problems should be timely and contact, not to disassembly the elisa reader instrment.
